摘要: 前列腺癌转移是患者死亡的主要原因,目前研究前列腺癌转移的发病机制及探索新的治疗方法主要依赖于建立临床相关的转移性动物模型并对其进行评价。本文系统地回顾了前列腺癌移植性转移动物模型的建立方法、特点以及进展情况,并简要介绍了近年来国外一些新技术在检测前列腺癌转移模型动物体内微转移灶中的应用。

Abstract: The of metastases is the main cause of death in patients with prostate cancer, and understanding the mechanisms of metastasis and exploring novel effective therapies depends on the availability and evaluation of a clinically relevant animal model for this disease. We systemically retrospected the methods, characteristic and development of myriads of metastatic animal models which have been established, and briefly introduced the application of new technique in the detection of micrometastasis formed in metastatic animal models.
