A New Rat Model of Uric Acid Nephropathy

摘要: 为建立新型的尿酸性肾病动物模型,采用酵母、酵母加腺嘌呤、酵母加腺嘌呤加沙丁鱼3种配方的饲料饲喂SD大鼠,观察血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN),及肾组织病变。3种造模方法均可使大鼠血UA、肌酐(Cr)和BUN显著高于正常组,采用后两种造模方法的大鼠BUN、UA、Scr均显著高于第一种。结果表明,酵母造模的动物模型肾脏病理变化类似于人类的尿酸性肾病。单纯酵母诱发的疾病模型是一种较理想的原发性尿酸性肾病的动物模型。而后两种造模方法更符合人类继发性尿酸性肾病的发病机理。

Abstract: For establishing rat model of uric acid nephropathy(UAN), the rats were fed with yeast only, or yeast and adenine, or yeast and adenine and sardine respectively. The changes of serum uric acid(UA), creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and renal tissue structure were examined after the model had been founded. Compared with that of the normal group rats, the processed rats presented substantially increasing of UA,Scr,BUN. It was found that the renal pathological change in the model rats induced by feeding with yeast only could imitate the manifestations of primary UAN in human, and the latter two models correspond to occurrence of mechanism of secondary UAN of human.
