肠易激综合征动物模型的复制与评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文对近年来常用的肠易激综合征动物模型复制方法与评价指标进行综述。动物模型复制方法中,相对温和的应激刺激与外周致敏法同时使用是相对较好的选择,既可提高造模的成功率,又兼顾到动物福利。动物模型的评价指标中,排便次数与性状是最直观、最经济的检测评价指标,但专属性较差。肠道敏感性是相对最具专属性的指标,应用较多,其敏感性取决于压力检测方法的敏感性,亦与临床研究存在相关性。

Abstract: The article summarized the replication methods and evaluation indicators of irritable bowel syndrome animal models. Combined with peripheral sensitization, relatively mild stress stimulus method was a relatively better choice which was to enhance the success rate of molding and consider animal welfare. Defecation frequency and character was the most intuitive and economic indicator in evaluation, but its specificity was poor. Intestinal sensitivity was the most specific indicator which depended on the detection of stress and correlated with clinical research.
