摘要/Abstract

摘要： 灌胃重复给药毒性试验中空白对照组SD大鼠出现1例雄性大鼠回肠黏液性腺癌。肉眼观察形态学见回肠浆膜层有3处结节,大小分别为1.4 cm×1.3cm、0.7 cm×0.5cm和0.4cm×0.3cm。HE染色显示,肿瘤细胞主要由立方细胞或柱状、杯状细胞组成,并排列成腺样结构,阿利新蓝-过硪酸-雪夫染色显示,肿瘤细胞质及腺腔内产生黏液样蛋白6结果表明该结节符合黏液性腺癌的形态学特征。

Abstract: A control Sprague-Dawley male rat from the control group of a repeated dose toxicity study had a mucinous adenocarcinoma in the ileum. The gross morphology showed that 3 nodules in the serosal layer of ileum were observed, with the size of 1.4 cm 1.3 cm, 0.7 cm × 0.5 cm and 0.4 cm × 0.3 cm, respectively. HE staining showed that the neoplasm was primarily composed of cuboidal or columnar and goblet cells which were arranged in a glandular form. Alcian blue-PAS staining revealed the expression of mucin in neoplastic cells and in the lumen. The above results are in line with the diagnostic features of mucinous adenocarcinoma in the ileum.
