高脂喂养条件下胰岛素抵抗大鼠甲状腺功能状态的评估

Assessment of Thyroid Function on High-fat Diet Insulin Resistant Rats

摘要: 目的 评估高脂喂养胰岛素抵抗大鼠甲状腺的功能状态。方法 采用高脂饲料喂养建立胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,以大鼠清醒状态下正常血糖-高血浆胰岛素钳夹试验进行评估,留取血样后测定大鼠血清甲状腺功能指标和血脂指标。结果 (1)与正常饮食组(NC组)比较,高脂饮食组(HF组)60~120 min的平均葡萄糖输注率(GIR60~120)明显降低(P <0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA水平明显升高,HDL-C水平明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)与NC组比较,HF组大鼠血清TSH、FT3、FT4,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。但HF组大鼠血清TSH水平与TG水平呈正相关(R=0.749,P<0.05), 与HDL-C水平呈负相关(R =-0.172,P<0.05),与TC、LDL-C、FFA水平无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 高脂喂养胰岛素抵抗大鼠的甲状腺功能较正常组大鼠无明显变化,但血清TSH水平与血脂水平密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To assess the thyroid function on the high-fat insulin resistant rats. Methods Insulin resistant rats were induced by high-fat diet feeding,then assessed by euglycemic-hyperinsulinemia clamp technique. Determine the index of thyroid function and serum lipid. Results (1) The glucose infusion rate(GIR60~120) was significantly decreased in HF group, (P<0.05). The level of serum TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA were significantly increased while HDL-C was decreased in high-fat diet (HF group), P<0.05. (2) The differences of TSHŁ¬FT3and FT4between the NC and HF group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The serum level of TSH has a positive correlation with TG (R=0.749, P<0.05) and has a negative correlation with HDL-C (R =-0.172, P<0.05). There were uncorrelation between TSH and TC, LDL-C, FFA. Conclusion The thyroid function of the high-fat diet insulin resistant rats was no significant differences with the normal rats,but the serum TSH was close to the serum level of lipid.
