轮状病毒感染小鼠模型研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 综述轮状病毒感染小鼠模型首次建立以来的研究概况。对同源性轮状病毒(即鼠源病毒)和异源性轮状病毒感染小鼠在体内病毒复制、临床表现及病理改变以其病理生理机制等方面的不同特点进行比较分析、总结。

Abstract: To summarize the study progress of rotavirus infected mouse model by analyzing the difference of virus replication, clinical performance, pathology change and pathophysiological mechanism between mice infected with homologous and heterogeneous virus.
