摘要: 由于内分泌干扰物在体效应研究的复杂性,长期以来这方面的研究结果 常常难以取得广泛一致。近年来逐步建立了一套具有较强权威性的分层检测系统,其中基于大鼠模型的内分泌干扰物在体实验越来越受到重视。本文对大鼠模型在内分泌干扰物生物效应相关研究中的意义和当前普遍采用的若干大鼠实验方案的原理、操作方法 、应用及评价等做一介绍。

Abstract: Due to the complexity of in vivo study for endocrine disruptors (EDs),biological effects, the related research results are usually incongruity. In the recent years, a detection system with more authority is being gradually set up. Rat model was especially emphasized in this system. This article reviewed the significance of rat model in the study of EDs’ biological effects, and also, the detail methods, mechanism, and evaluation of rat model in these studies.
