摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察翠云草水提液对哮喘大鼠血清IgE、肺组织IL-5水平的影响。方法取雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为6组,以卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏、激发的方法建立大鼠哮喘模型。用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清IgE和肺组织IL-5的浓度。结果模型组IgE、IL-5的含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01); 与模型组比较,翠云草水提液高剂量可下调血清IgE(P<0.05)和肺组织IL-5水平(P<0.01)。结论翠云草水提液能有效降低哮喘大鼠IgE和IL-5水平,进而可能抑制哮喘发作。

Abstract: Objective To investigate effects of aqueous extract from Selaginella uncinata on the level of IgE in serum and IL-5 in lung of the asthmatic rats. Method Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups. Then the asthma rats model were made by ovalbumin (OVA)-sensitized and stimulated method. The level of IgE and IL-5 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result Compared with the normal control group, the levels of IgE and IL-5 in the asthmatic group were higher (P<0.01). The aqueous extract of Selaginella uncinata could decrease levels of IgE and IL-5. Conclusion The extract of Selaginella uncinata could effectively decrease IgE and IL-5 levels on asthma rats and improve the asthmatic symptoms.
