摘要: 随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD)是在PCR基础上建立起来的遗传分析方法,因其具有简便、经济、快速等优点,显示出潜在的应用前景。本文就影响RAPD分析的因素,以及在实验动物遗传检测和病原生物体检测方面的应用作一介绍。

Abstract: Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) is a kind of approach for genetic analysis. Due to its advantages of simplicity, economy and rapidity, RAPD has proved to be useful in a wide variety of applications. In this review, some essential factors that might affect the result of RAPD, and detection of laboratory animal genctic diversity as well as etiological organism using this analysis arc introduced.
