摘要:

动物实验在生命科学与医学研究中具有重要地位,但由于单一实验样本量小、设计异质性高及重复性差,其结果的外推性和可靠性常受到质疑。系统评价与Meta分析作为循证医学的重要工具,通过综合多项研究证据,为提升动物实验的科学性与临床相关性提供了有力支持。本文系统梳理了动物实验系统评价与Meta分析的撰写过程,从撰写前的准备工作、标题与摘要的规范化写作、前言、研究方法、结果呈现与讨论等方面展开详细探讨,同时结合现有报告指南(如PRISMA、SYRCLE、ARRIVE等),提出优化撰写的策略,并重点分析结果解读、异质性、发表偏倚及结果外推性等关键问题的讨论建议。通过总结实践经验并提出模块化撰写建议,本文旨在为相关研究者提供系统参考,推动动物实验系统评价的规范化发展,提升其在科学研究与临床转化中的应用价值。

Abstract:

Animal experiments play a pivotal role in life sciences and medical research. However, due to small sample sizes, high heterogeneity in experimental design, and limited reproducibility, the generalizability and reliability of their results are often questioned. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses, as essential tools of evidence-based medicine, integrate multiple studies to enhance the scientific rigor and clinical relevance of animal research. This paper systematically reviews the writing process for systematic reviews and meta-analyses of animal experiments, covering key aspects such as preparation, structured writing of titles and abstracts, introduction, methodology, results presentation, and discussion. Additionally, this paper incorporates existing reporting guidelines (e.g., PRISMA, SYRCLE, ARRIVE) to propose strategies for optimizing manuscript preparation, with particular emphasis on recommendations for discussing result interpretation, heterogeneity, publication bias, and the extrapolative validity of findings. By summarizing practical experience and offering modular writing recommendations, this paper aims to provide researchers with a comprehensive reference to promote the standardization of systematic reviews and meta-analyses of animal experiments, thereby enhancing their value in scientific research and clinical translation.
