摘要: 环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification, LAMP)是一种新型的核酸扩增技术。本文概述其反应原理、技术特点、相关技术、微生物检测应用及发展前景。

Abstract: Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel nucleic acid amplification technique that differs from polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This paper briefly reviews the reaction principle of this technique, technical characteristics, related technology, detection of microorganisms and prospect s for development.
