摘要: 目的 建立斑马鱼肝脏三维结构虚拟系统,为斑马鱼作为模式生物的应用研究奠定形态学基础。方法 通过制作大量的组织切片,采用光镜及电镜方法观察成年斑马鱼肝脏的组织构造,并收集斑马鱼肝脏形态结构图像,然后运用计算机图像处理软件对斑马鱼肝脏的外形进行三维重建。结果 建立了斑马鱼肝脏三维结构虚拟系统软件。结论 初步实现斑马鱼肝脏三维结构的重建。

Abstract: Objective To establish the zebrafish liver three-dimensional structure of virtual system, for morphological basis of application research on zebrafish as model organism. Method The adult zebrafish liver tissue structure were observed by light and electron microscopy through the production of large amounts of tissue sections. After collecting of zebrafish liver morphology image, the software of zebrafish liver three-dimensional structure virtual system was established by use of computer image processing software on zebrafish liver shape reconstruction. Result The virtual system software of zebrafish liver three-dimensional structure was established. Conclusion The realization of zebrafish liver was preliminary reconstructed.
