摘要: 视网膜母细胞瘤(Retinoblastoma,RB)是一种常见的发生于婴幼儿眼内的原发恶性肿瘤,大量的研究表明,rb1基因的改变是导致RB发生的主要原因。新型模式生物斑马鱼最近几年被开发成为研究RB的动物模型,本文在介绍rb1基因与RB疾病相关研究新进展的同时,综述了已有报道的RB斑马鱼模型建立方法,包括异种移植法、基因突变法和TALEN基因编辑法,并进一步将RB斑马鱼模型与已有报道的小鼠、大鼠、兔、非洲爪蟾RB动物模型进行了对比。

Abstract: Retinoblastoma (RB) is a common primary malignant tumor that occurs in the eyes of infants and young children. A large number of studies have shown that the change of rb1 gene is the main cause of RB occurrence. The zebrafish RB model is a novel animal model for studying RB. In this paper, the latest research results of rb1 gene, as well as the zebrafish RB model produced by xenograft method, gene mutation method, and TALEN gene editing method are reviewed. Furthermore, the RB zebrafish model was compared with the four kinds of reported RB animal models that were raised on mice, rat, rabbit or xenopus.
