摘要: 长期应用糖皮质激素可造成大鼠的体重明显下降,本文用生理盐水作对照,应用灰色系统的GM(1,1)模型,对长期灌用泼尼松的大鼠体重变化进行分析和预测,从而探讨糖皮质激素对大鼠体重变化的影响规律。结果发现,GM(1,1)模型对生理盐水和泼尼松两组大鼠体重变化的拟合精度甚好,预测精度高,结果可靠。因此可以推断,糖皮质激素大鼠的体重变化可用灰色GM(1,1)模型进行预测。

Abstract: To study the law of body weight change of Glucocorticoid rats ,The Grey model GM (1, 1) was used to analyze and forecast the change of the rats body weight. The foreccust precision of GM (1,1) was high for the bodyweight change and the results were reliable,so the GM(1,1) could be used to forecast the bodyweight change of Glucocorticoid rats.
