肾血管性高血压大鼠血小板内游离钙等的变化

摘要: 建立二肾一夹型肾血管性高血压大鼠(2K1CRHR)模型,并在术前和术后8周时(高血压稳定期)测定大鼠血小板胞浆内游离钙浓度([Ca2+]i)、血小板聚集率(PAg)及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)含量。结果:高血压大鼠血浆AⅡ略升高(P>0.05),血小板内[Ca2+]i及PAg均明显升高(P<0.01),提示2K1CRHR在高血压稳定期存在血小板钙代谢异常和血小板功能的改变。

Abstract: The renovascular hypertension animal models were successfully established in rats by using “2-Kidney,1-Clip”method. The plasma A I , the platelet cytosolic free calcium concentration([Ca2+]i) and the platelet aggregation (PAg) rate were measured 8 weeks after the operation (at the stable stage of hypertension). The results showed that the [Ca2+]i and PAg rate increased significantly(P<0.01) , whereas plasma A I only slightly elevated (P>0.05). These findings suggest that the abnormality of the intracellular calcium and platelet activity were existing during the sustaining period of hypertension in the 2K1C-RHR.
