磁棒稀释法分析大鼠牙龈菌群

摘要: 用磁棒稀释法对普通级及SPF级Wistar大鼠的牙龈菌群进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,普通级及SPF级大鼠牙龈菌群以需氧的微球菌、草绿色链球菌、棒杆菌及厌氧的丙酸杆菌为主,分离率多在70%以上。与普通级大鼠相比,SPF级大鼠牙龈菌群的个体差异小,更适合于制作各种口腔疾病模型。文中还讨论了磁棒稀释法用于大鼠牙龈菌群分析的优点。

Abstract: The authors analysed the gum flora of rats qualitatively and quantitatively by magnetic bar dilution method. The results showed that in conventional and SPF rats the dominant bacteria were: micrococcus, streptococcus,corynebacterium and propionibacterium,with isolation rate more than 70%, The results suggest that the SPF rats are more suitable for oral disease study as they are less in individual difference in gum flora than those of the conventional ones.
