摘要: 采用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法对41例不同部位(包括转移部位)和不同分化程度的大鼠肠道诱发肿瘤及其周围粘膜组织中的内分泌细胞进行了观察。结果发现癌组织中有内分泌细胞。内分泌细胞有偏种分布的规律,可能与致癌环境有关,并支持内分泌细胞的内胚层起源说。免疫活性5-羟色胺细胞与嗜银细胞分布上存在差异,这种差异提示了嗜银反应不仅可能与分泌颗粒中的5-羟色胺或单胺有关,而且还可能与其它因素有关。

Abstract: Immunohistochemical and histochemical techniques were used to observe the endocrine cells of induced intestinal carcinomas and adjacent mucosa in 41 rats. The results showed that endocrine cells were present in the carcinomas, the distributions of endocrine cells were similar in each histologic type of carcinoma and adjacent mucosa. This might be closely related to the environments of carcinogenesis. The discrepancy between the distribution of argyrophil cells and irSer cells revealed that argyrophil positivity might be correlated with other factors besides Ser and monoamines.
