空气湿度对致敏小鼠气道反应性的影响

摘要: 采用镇静小鼠气道反应性测定方法,观察不同空气相对湿度下致敏小鼠对乙酰甲胆碱(MCh)的反应性。结果表明,致敏小鼠对MCh的反应性与空气湿度相关,在相对湿度较低时气道反应性高,相对湿度较高时气道反应性低。因此进行与气道反应性有关的某些实验,如小鼠哮喘实验时应注意空气湿度的影响,用本方法测试时以空气相对湿度在55%~75%时为宜。

Abstract: The relationship between the relative air humidity (RH) and methacholine (MCH)-induced airway reactivity was studied in sedated and ovalbumin-sensitized mice. The re-sults showed that the wheezing symptoms induced by MCH in lower RH groups were more severe than those in the higher RH groups. It is suggested that the air RH at 55%-75% is more suitable for this testing.
