不同成长时期大鼠伸肌腱形态学分析

Morphometric Analysis of Rat Tendon at Different Growing Ages

摘要: 取刚出生及生后6、12周雌性Wistar大鼠第三趾伸肌腱进行电镜观察和形态学分析。结果表明,随着鼠龄增加,腱细胞的形态从形态不一到长而纤细,胶原纤维由排列无规则到排列有规则,腱细胞的面积比减少,胶原纤维的面积比增加,胶原直径由刚出生时的13.1±2.2nm变为出生12周时的135.0±21.3nm。不同成长时期的胶原纤维的分布和伸肌腱的形态也存在着明显差异。

Abstract: In order to investigate the morphometric changes of tendons of rats at different grow-ing ages,the tendons of extensor digitorum longus to the middle toes from 0,6 and 12-week-old female Wistar rats were taken for microscopic observation and morphometric analysis. The results showed that with the increase of the age,the tendon blast cells decreased and become slender,collagens increased and become more regular in arrangement,and the diameter of tendons become larger, from 13.1±2.2nm at 0-week-lod to 135.0±21.3nm at 12-week-old. It was concluded that there are marked differences on the morphometry of rat tendons at different growing ages.
