灰仓鼠血液生理生化指标及脏器系数性别间比较

Determination of Haematological, Blood Biochemical Parameters and Organs Weight in Cricetulus Migratorius

摘要: 目的 测定灰仓鼠的血液生理生化正常值,测定灰仓鼠的体重和内脏器官(心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺和胸腺)的重量,统计各内脏器官的相对重量,并对两性的正常值进行比较。方法 将41只8周龄灰仓鼠,采血后,测定血液生理指标和血清生化指标。用天平称量灰仓鼠的体重,解剖后称量各内脏器官的重量。结果 8周龄灰仓鼠血液生理指标中白细胞计数(WBC),红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)和红细胞压积(HCT)性别差异有显著性(P<0.01),红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的性别之间有差异(P<0.05);8周灰仓鼠血清生化指标中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)和葡萄糖(GLU)性别之间有差异(P<0.05);8周龄灰仓鼠的脏器系数中,脾、右肾和右肾上腺的脏器系数性别差异极显著(P<0.001),肺的脏器系数性别差异显著(P<0.01),心的脏器系数性别之间有差异(P<0.05);脾的绝对重量性别之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论 灰仓鼠的脏器系数、血液生理指标和血清生化指标受多种因素影响,部分指标两性间测定值有差异。

Abstract: Objective To determine the normal ranges of blood physiological and biochemical data, and to determine the body weight and the weight of organs in Cricetulus Migratorius and compare for variations of these data between the sex. Method The blood samples collected were tested for physiological values by using MEK-7222K Hematology Analyzer, biochemical values by using OLYMPUS AU400 auto-analyser. The body weight and the weight organs were determined and the organ coefficient were calculated. Result The sexual difference of 8 weeks Cricetulus Migratorius was noted in physiological values such as WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT and RDW(P<0.05) other than MCV、MCH、 MCHC、PLT、PCT、MPV and PDW (p>0.05),and also noted in biochemical values such as AST、 BUN、GLU and CREA(P<0.05) other than ALT、ALB、ALP、TP、CA、P、CHO and TG (p>0.05). Sexual difference of 8 weeks Cricetulus Migratorius was noted in organ coefficient such as spleen、right kidney、right adrenal glands、lungs and heart (P<0.05),and also noted in organs weight such as spleen (P<0.05). Conclusion The normal physiological, biochemical data and the organ coefficient in Cricetulus Migratorius are affected by a variety of factors. Some of the data are significantly different between the both genders.
