The Effect of KangXianLing Decoction on Hemodynamics in Rats after Ischemia-reperfusion

摘要: 为探讨抗纤灵冲剂对大鼠肾脏急性缺血再灌注(I-R)后血流动力学的干预作用,观察各组SD雄性大鼠在I-R血BUN、Scr,ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α,血NO、NOS及组织NO的变化情况。结果:抗纤灵冲剂明显降低I-R大鼠的血BUN、Scr(P<0.05),可调节TXA2和PGI2的合成比例,稳定血NO、NOS及组织NO。结论:抗纤灵冲剂对改善I-R后血流动力学的紊乱,保护肾功能有效。

Abstract: To approach the effect of KangXianLing decoction and its main-herb on the intervention of hemodynamics in rats after ischemic-reperfusion. The male SD rats were divided into 5 group (normal,sham-operated,experimental model, ZhiDaHuang , Dan-Shen, Monopril and KangXianLing group. The changes of plasma blood urea nitrogen (BUN)、serum creatinine (Scr) , endothelin-1 (ET)、thromboxance B2 (TXB2>)、 6-Keto-Prostaglandin-F(6_Keto-PGF)、nitric oxide synthase(NOS), plasma and renal-tissue nitric oxide (NO) were detedted in each group after ischemic-reperfusion. The results showed that KangXianLing decoction and its main-herb significantly made BUN、Scr re-duced (P<0.05),adjusted synthesing ratio of thromboxance A2 (TXA2)and prostacy-clin(PGI2),stabilized the content of plasma NO、NOS and renal-tissue NO. Conclusion:Kang XianLing decoction can remit the disorder of hemodynamics by I-R. So it can prevent renal function injury from renal ischemia.
