泰泽病原体(Tyzzer’s organism)是一种能引起实验动物肝肠坏死和腹泻的毛发状芽孢杆菌(Clostridium piliforme,旧称Bacillus piliformis)。该病原体引起的泰泽病是一种急性疾病,其发病迅速、致死率高、临床症状不明显,往往难以进行早期诊断和治疗,一旦爆发,将会造成严重的经济损失和实验室安全问题。本文从泰泽病原体的生物学特性、流行病学与疾病特征、检测方法、研究进展及防治多个方面进行综述。
