摘要: 射血分数保留的心力衰竭(heart failure with ejection fraction preservation, HFpEF)是目前心力衰竭(HF)的主要类型,但是尚无有效的防治方法。研发防治HFpEF的新药,阐释药物的药效、药理和药代学特点,亟需建立能够反映HFpEF的发病机制、病理特点的动物模型。本文将目前能够反映HFpEF病理特点的动物模型进行归纳,以期在目前基础上能够建立更有代表性,更能体现临床发病特点的HFpEF动物模型。

Abstract: Heart failure with ejection fraction preservation (HFpEF) is the main type of heart failure at present, but there is no effective prevention and treatment method. To develop new drugs on preventingHFpEF and elucidate its pharmacodynamic and pharmacological characteristics, it is urgent to establish animal models that can reflect the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of HFpEF. We reviewed the animal models that can reflect the pathological characteristics of HFpEF. And we expect more representative HFpEF animal models can be created further.
