摘要: 目的 应用ImageJ实现Morris水迷宫的视频行为学分析。方法 以USB摄像头和P4(1.7 G) PC机为基础,无需对动物作特殊标记,通过ImageJ定标、去背景、二值化等处理后,采用运动轨迹跟踪插件MultiTracker分析运动轨迹。结果 有效的分析出大鼠游泳轨迹坐标并绘制轨迹图。结论 该法软件免费,硬件要求低,能完成对水迷宫所有数据的分析。

Abstract: Objective To analyzed Morris water maze video based on the usage of ImageJ. Methods USB camera and common PC (Intel Pentium 4 CPU 1,70GHz) were used, and it's not necessary to mark the animals. After the procedures of setting scale, removing background and binaryzation with ImageJ, we used MultiTracker,an ImageJ plugin ,which can track the movement of multiple objects,to analyze the results. Result Swimming paths of rats and paths can be successfully analyzed. Conclusion This method based on a free software and low hardware requirements, can get all necessary date of Morris water maze.
