Abstract: Uterine leiomyoma is one of the most common benign tumors which greatly bother women who are at reproductive age. With the progress of living standard, the study of curing uterine leiomyoma draws growing attention. Establishment of animal model is a common method in research on wterine leiomyoma. This article reviewed some recent advancement on research about establishing animal model of uterine leiomyomaa.
