摘要: 随着WHO 2009年全球结核控制报告的发布,结核病的深入研究迫在眉睫。传统的研究已经不能满足当今世界结核病形势的需要,诸如耐多药/广泛耐药结核病问题成为人们关注的焦点。理想的结核分枝杆菌(MTB)动物模型,对研究结核病的免疫发病机理,评估抗结核新药、疫苗和诊断试剂效价具有重要的意义。根据不同的研究目的和应用,现仅就已建立的各种结核分枝杆菌动物模型及其评价展开综述,并对结核动物模型的未来与发展作一展望。

Abstract: With the publication of the report on WHO 2009 Global Tuberculosis(TB) Control, deep study on TB is extremely uigent. Traditional research couldn’t satisfy the needs of TB’s situation today, such as the problem of MDR/XDR-TB which has became into focus of the people. Ideal animal models of MTB take important meaning for studying the immunopathogenesis of TB, as well as evaluating the effects of novel anti-TB drugs, vaccines and diagnostic reagent. According to different purpose of the study and application,here just given an overview of various animal models of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) which have been built, and also take a view of their future..
