Abstract: Currently, the factors associated with premature ovarian failure animal models mainly include iatrogenic, immune, genetic, metabolic, and environmental factors. The animal models constructed based on these factors have their own characteristics. Here the construction methods and comparison of animal models of premature ovarian failure have been reviewed to provide useful modeling information for researchers with different needs.
