摘要： “采和Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号”为纯中药制剂。本实验以兔为Ⅱ度冻伤的模型，用该药治疗4d，即可将基本治愈Ⅱ度冻伤，经病理切片证实；与对照组差异明显。“采和Ⅰ号”为煎剂、“采和Ⅱ号”为霜剂，后者在冬季治疗冻疮则更为方便。本实验结果与临床治疗效果一致，疗效确实。

Abstract: Objective:“Caihe No. Ⅰ、Caihe No.Ⅱ”is a preparation made from pure herbal medicine and has been using for frosbite treatment in human for a long time. Its therapeutic effect on rabbit was evaluated here. Methods ： Silver dollar was frozen by liquid nitrogen （-196℃） and sticked closely onto the skin of the rabbit to establish grade Ⅱ frostbite animal model. The therapeutic effect of “Caihe No. Ⅰ、Ⅱ”was analyzed with the control group. Results:① Pathological changes occurred for Ⅱ degree to deep Ⅱ degree at 5s after frostbite.② After 4 day-period treatment of “Caihe No. Ⅰ、Ⅱ，I degree frostbite were healed. There was significant difference between “Caihe No. I、Ⅱ” and the control group. Conclusion: “Caihe No. Ⅰ、Ⅱ ” have therapeutic effect for frostbite in rabbit. “Caihe No. Ⅰ”is a decoction,while “Caihe No. Ⅱ”is a cream, and the latter is more convenient for pernio in winter. The results of the experiment is same as the clinical result, so its curative effect is reliable.
