摘要: 帕金森病作为长期困扰中老年人的重大疾病,广泛受到人们的关注。在帕金森病的研究过程中,由于动物实验的周期长、消耗大,因而体外细胞模型越来越多的被用来进行相关病理、生理及药物筛选研究。而在体外细胞模型的选择上,不同造模剂各有特色,而且使用的细胞系不同,也使模型表现出不同的特点,并最终影响研究结果。

Abstract: Parkinson’s disease, which serious endangers the health of middle- aged and elderly pepole, has attracted more and more attention in these years. In the study of Parkinson‘s disease, the in vivo experiments will spend more time and money. Because of that, a lot of in vitro models have been used to reflect the pathological changes and the efficacy of new drug. Many reagents have their own specialities, and different cell lines also have their own characters, and their cell model will finally influenced the research outcome.
