Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the mouse H-2 genetic loci of inbred strains by analysing the expression rate of host sensitive lymphocyte interleukin-2 receptor with immunohistochemistry method. C 57BL/6 male adult mice were used as animal model in the experiment. Standard assay of histocompatibility (skin grafts) in the mice had been finished before, in which fresh allogenic bone (from DBA/2) and isogenic bone (from C57 BL/6) were transplanted. The experiment results were comparable to the standard assay for evaluating the histocompatibility of the inbred strain of mouse. The results suggested that the interleukin-2 receptor expression assay can be used as one of the methods for the genetic monitoring of inbred mice.
