Genetic Analysis of Microsatellite DAN Loci in Inbred Wuzhishan Minipig

摘要: 目的 分析五指山小型猪近交群的遗传变异及近交程度。方法 利用26个微卫星基因座对五指山小型猪近交群进行了遗传多样性检测,统计了各位点等位基因组成,并计算它们的平均基因纯合率、平均多态信息含量和平均杂合度。结果 近交群26 个基因座的共检测到180个等位基因,平均等位基因数为6.92,平均基因纯合率为56.57 %,平均多态信息含量为0. 6042,平均杂合度为0. 4478。结论 五指山小型猪近交群具有较高的纯合度,保持了一定的遗传稳定性。

Abstract: Objective To study the genetic variation and inbreeding of inbred Wuzhishan Minipig(WZSP) breeds. Methods Twenty-six microsatellite loci were utilized to analyze the genetic diversity of the inbred WZSP breeds. Number of alleles (N) of each locus in the breeds was counted, the rate of homozygote, polymorphism information content (PIC) and heterozygosity (H) were calculated. Results The 180 alleles in WZSP breeds were detected, the average allelic number per locus was 6.92, the mean homozygosity was 56.57%. The average value of PIC and H was 0.6042 and 0.4478 respectively. Conclusion The inbred WZSP breeds is a genetically stabilized breed with high homozygosity.
