Abstract: Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel nucleic acid amplification technique that differs from polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This paper briefly reviews the reaction principle of this technique, technical characteristics, related technology, detection of microorganisms and prospect s for development.
