家兔内毒素性发热耐受性与精氨酸加压素的关系

Role of Arginine Vasopressin in Tolerance to Endotoxin Fever in Rabbits

摘要: 观察了精氨酸加压素(AVP)与家兔内毒素(ET)性发热耐受性的关系。结果:①隔区注射AVP抗血清能明显提高ET发热耐受家兔的ET发热效应;②ET发热耐受组家兔的血浆和脑脊液中AVP含量均高于发热组和正常组,下丘脑中AVP含量略高于发热组。提示:中枢AVP在ET性发热耐受作用的形成和维持中可能起重要作用。

Abstract: The role of arginine vesopressin (AVP) in the tolerance to endotoxin fever was observed in rabbits. The results showed① injection of AVP - antiserum into the septal arer markedly enhanced the febrile response to endotoxin in the rabbits tolerant to this pyrogen,②AVP contents in the plasma and CSF of the rabbits tolerant to endotoxin increased markedly in comparison with normal and febrile rabbits ,while in the hypothalamus it in-creased slightly in comparison with the febrile rabbits. This suggests that the centrally acting AVP may play an important role in the tolerance to endotoxin fever in rabbits.
