Effects of‘PiGuShiEr’on Health Metabolism in Mice

摘要: 目的 探讨“辟谷食饵”对实验小鼠的安全性。方法 观察隔日投喂"辟谷食饵"后实验小鼠的体重、食物功效比(FER)、脏器指数(Ⅵ)、常规血象、肝肾代谢功能等指标的变化。结果 “辟谷食饵”具有较好的FER(P<0.05),能维护小鼠的正常生存质量、常规血象和肝肾生化代谢,还能减少体重增量(P<0.05)、降低血糖和甘油三酯水平(P<0.05)。结论 “辟谷食饵”对小鼠具有良好的安全性和可行性,并有可能改善机体代谢功能,预防代谢性疾病等。

Abstract: Objective Discuss the safety of the ‘PiGuShiEr’(a special dispensation) on mice. Methods Feeding with the dispensation of ‘PiGuShiEr’ every other day, the effects on mice were observed including the increment of body weight, food efficiency ratio (FER), viscera index (VI), hemogram and metabolism mark of liver and kidney. Results ‘PiGuShiEr’ have a good FER(P<0.05) and ‘PiGuShiEr’ can reduce the increment of body weight, blood-sugar lever, and TG (P<0.05) without impairing the quality of living, hemogram and the metabolism mark of liver and kidney. Conclusion The ‘PiGuShiEr’ is a feasible and safe regimen for experimental mice, and it might improve the metabolism of liver and kidney to be beneficial of metabolic disease.
