裸鼹鼠血液生理生化及尿常规值的测定

摘要: 目的 对裸鼹鼠进行血液生理指标、生化指标和尿常规值测定。方法 采用全自动血细胞分析仪、生化测定仪及尿液分析仪对不同月龄、不同性别裸鼹鼠的血液学指标、生化指标值及尿常规值进行测定。结果 得到了3月龄、6月龄和9周龄以及不同性别裸鼹鼠血液生理生化值与尿常规值; 部分血液生理指标受性别及月龄影响较大。结论 明确了裸鼹鼠部分血液生理生化及尿常规正常范围值,为今后裸鼹鼠研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: Objective To determine the blood physiology, serum biochemistry and routine urinalysis of the naked mole rat. Methods The blood, serum and urine samples from naked mole rats were analyzed by using automated hematology analyzer, biochemistry analyzer and urine analyzer, respectively. Results Haemal physiological parameters, biochemical values and routine urinalysis were determined in naked mole rats of different ages (3 months, 6 months and 9 weeks of age) and gender. Some haemal physiological parameters were influenced by age and gender, showing significant differences. Conclusion Haemal physiological, biochemical values and urine values of naked mole were determined, laying a foundation for future research of the naked mole rat.
