5-LO/FLAP与冠心病相关性的研究进展

摘要: 冠心病(CAD)是当今世界上严重威胁人类健康的心血管疾病之一。CAD的发病机制复杂,其中CAD是一种慢性炎症反应的观点已为广大学者所认同。白三烯(LTs)是重要的炎症介质,具有强烈的促炎作用。5-脂氧合酶(5-LO)是催化花生四烯酸(AA)生成LTs的关键酶,5-脂氧酶激活蛋白(FLAP)是5-LO氧化生成LTs过程中所必需的蛋白质。近年研究发现, 5-LO/FLAP级联, 在CAD的发病中具有重要作用。本文结合国内外文献,对5-LO/FLAP与冠心病的相关性研究做一综述。

Abstract: Coronary artery disease(CAD) is one of the cardiovascular disease that harmful to human health in the world nowadays. The pathogenesis of CAD is very complicated and until now it has not been completely clarified, the concept that CAD is a chronic inflammatory disease of the coronary artery, is now well accepted. Leukotrienes(LTs) are important inflammatory mediators, which play a strong role in promoting inflammatory reaction. 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) is the key enzyme in the forming process of leukotrienes(LTs), while the 5-lipoxygenase activating protein(FLAP) is necessary if the 5-LO needs to be activated. Recent studies have found that 5-LO/FLAP play important roles in the formation and development of CAD. In this review, mainly focused on the relationship between 5-LO/FLAP and CAD.
