摘要: 转基因动物-乳腺生物反应器的研制是近十多年发展起来的一项生物制药方法,具有巨大的应用前景。外源目的基因载体的构建是制备转基因动物-乳腺生物反应器成功的关键技术环节,因此建立简单、快捷检测外源基因载体构建的合理性和表达情况的方法至关重要。由于乳腺上皮细胞能较真实反映哺乳动物乳腺生长发育及泌乳的各项生理功能,开展体外培养哺乳动物乳腺上皮细胞,可作为转基因动物制备过程中载体有效性检验的一种体外模型途径。本文将对哺乳动物乳腺组织的结构和乳腺上皮细胞体外培养的增殖能力、诱导、维持分化的特点,以及乳腺上皮细胞的培养和它在生物、医学领域中的应用研究进行简要概述。
