加味四妙方有效部位群抗实验性痛风作用的研究

Research of Effective Fractions for Gout in Modified “Si miao Powder”

摘要: 目的 观察加味四妙方有效部位群(简称A组合)不同剂量的抗炎、镇痛及降尿酸作用.方法 采用化学刺激致小鼠扭体反应、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,观察加味四妙方及其有效部位群不同剂量的镇痛、抗炎和降尿酸作用.结果 全方在3h处对高尿酸小鼠有一定降尿酸作用(P<0.05);对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有明显的镇痛作用(P<0.01).A组合大剂量组能明显降低小鼠高尿酸水平(P<0.01);对二甲苯所致耳肿胀、醋酸所致扭体均表现出明显抗炎和镇痛作用(P<0.01).A组合中剂量组在1、3h能降低小鼠高尿酸水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);对二甲苯所致耳肿胀、醋酸所致扭体反应均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01).小剂量组能抑制小鼠血尿酸的升高(P<0.05);对二甲苯所致耳肿胀有明显抗炎作用(P<0.01),但未表现出镇痛作用.结论 加味四妙方有效部位群代表了全方药效的物质基础,各剂量组在镇痛降尿酸和抗炎方面有一定量效关系.

Abstract: Objective To observe the function of anti-inflammation,abirritation and lowering uric acid of effective fractions in Modified “Si miao Powder”. Methods The pain reaction of mouse by chemical stimulation,the ear swelling of mouse induced by xylene and hyperlithuria model were adopted to observe the anti-inflammation,abirritation and lowering uric acid effect of Modified “Si miao Powder” and its effective fractions. Result Modified “Si miao Powder” can fall the uric acid in 3h to the hyperuricemia mouse (P<0.05) and has obvious paregoric effect to the writhing response mouse stimulated by acetic acid (P<0.01). The large dose of A fraction can obviously reduce the high uric acid level (P<0.01),It displays the obvious anti-inflammation and the analgesia function to ear swelling mouse by xylene and writhing response mouse by acetic acid (P<0.01).In the A fraction the middle dosage group serum can reduce the mouse high uric acid level in 1 h,3 h (P<0.05,P<0.01). It has obvious inhibitory action to ear swelling mouse and writhing response mouse (P<0.01).The low dosage group of the can suppress the serum uric acid (P<0.05) and has obvious inhibitory action to ear swelling mouse (P<0.01), but has not displayed the analgesia function. Conclusion Effective fractions of the Modified “Si miao Powder” is the material basis, its groups showed some, dose-effect relationship i in ruducing uric acid analgesia, fall the uric acid and the anti-inflammation aspect.
