丝裂霉素抑制兔泪道激光成形术后纤维组织增生的观察

Observation on Mitomycin's Effect for Reducing Fibrous Tissue Hyperplasia after KTP Nd:YAG laser in Rabbit

摘要: 目的 探讨抗代谢药物丝裂霉素对于抑制泪道激光成形术(KTP)后纤维组织增生的作用。方法 制作成年兔泪道狭窄动物模型后,双眼行KTP激光术后将其随机分成两组,分别注入丝裂霉素和生理盐水,观察泪道阻塞情况,比较各组对于抑制泪道激光成形术后纤维组织增生的作用。结果 丝裂霉素组较生理盐水组泪道冲洗狭窄出现时间晚,纤维组织增生及胶原化时间延长程度轻。结论 丝裂霉素能减轻泪道激光成形术后的纤维组织增生,并可提高难治性泪道激光成形术的成功率。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Mitomycin(MMC) for reducing fibrous tissue hyperplasia after KTP Nd:YAG laser recanalisation in rabbit. Method The rabbit model of lacrimal duct obstruction was established, and the model rabbit was divided into two groups injecting with saline solution and MMC respectively. Result The appearance of lacrimal duct part obstruction and fibrous tissue hyperplasia was later in the MMC group, and the fibrous tissue hyperplasia is lighter. Conclusion MMC can reduce fibrous tissue hyperplasia after KTP Nd:YAG, and improve the success rate of KTP Nd:YAG laser recanalization.
