犬股动脉植入记忆合金支架建立血管再狭窄模型的实验研究

摘要: 为了建立近似于临床PTCA及支架术后再狭窄的动物模型,经颈动脉入路将镍钛记忆合金自展支架植入犬股动脉。12周后进行病理学观察,支架植入段血管平滑肌细胞大量增殖,胶原合成增加,新生内膜形成,造成管腔明显狭窄。经颈动脉将记忆合金支架植入犬股动脉方法操作简单,内膜增生可靠,病理过程近似临床再狭窄,是研究支架术后再狭窄,尤其是平滑肌细胞迁移、增殖的可靠动物模型。

Abstract: To establish the model of restenosis,the metal stent was implanted into the canine femoral artery through the carotid artery.Twelve weeks after the stent implanted,the lumen of canine femoral artery was reduced significantly as a result of smooth muscle cell proliferation and neointima formation. This model is reliable, easier to operate,and resembling the same pathologi-cal changes of clinical restenosis. It is an ideal model for restenosis research.
