Abstract: The methods of establishment of tumor metastasis model in nude mice were reviewed.When screening tumor metastasis cell line,both vivo and vitro methods were always carried out at the same time,one was to reinoculate cancer cells until acquired high metastasis cell line，the other was to get cancer cell subline which had metastasis ability by culturing in vitro. The author also pointed some issues which worth for further study.
