钒中毒对雄性小鼠精液质量的影响及加味天雄散的防治作用

The Influence of Vanadium on Quality of Sperm and effect of Modified Tianxiong Powder in Mice

摘要: 雄性KM小鼠经腹腔注射3mg/kg的偏钒酸钠(NaVO3),6周后每组随机取5只小鼠进行造模检查。结果显示精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率与空白对照组比,均有显著性降低(P<0.01),精子畸形率增高(P<0.01),结果表明造模成功。此后,每天用加味天雄散煎剂灌胃25ml/kg,连续给药5周后取材分别进行附睾液分析,睾丸钒含量测定与睾酮测定。结果表明,中药处理组附睾精液各项指标均接近空白对照组,血浆睾酮含量高于模型组。提示,中药加味天雄散可逆转钒致雄性小鼠精液质量的改变。

Abstract: Male KM mice were contaminated by ip with NaV03 (3 mg/kg) for six weeks.The results showed that the total quantity,the survival rate and motility of sperm in the model group mice were decreased significantly compared with those of the control group (P<0.01),the deformity rate of sperm in model group mice increased (P<0.01). Then,the model mice were treated by traditional chinese medicine, Modified Tianxiong Powder (MTP) (25 ml·kg_1·d-1). The quality of epididymidis sperm, the contents of Vanadate (Va) in testis and testosterone were analysed after five weeks. The results showed that it hadn’t different in the total quantity of sperm,the survival rate of sperm, and their motility between the group treated by MTP and the normal group,the content of testosterone in the serum in the group treated by MTP was higher than in the model group.The results indicate that MTP can reverse the change in the sperm of male mice with Va.
