Abstract: The routine experimental operations ,such as handling, orogastric gavage, anaesthesia, blood collection, restrict, transport, etc . can induce stress in animals. The operations impact on some parameters correlated with stress and metabolic, which have a probable influence on experiment results. However, the impacts are usually ignored by researchers due to the pervasiveness of the operations. This article described the impacts respectively.
