Study on LDH and SOD Isoenzymes of Zmu-1：DHP Guinea Pigs

Abstract

Abstract: Lactate dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase isoenzymes in tissues of the heart，liver, spleen,lung,kidney,skeletal muscle, red blood cell and serum of Zmu-1 ：DHP guinea pig were analysed with PAGE. The results revealed that LDH₅ was absent in the liver an^ the contents of LDH B subunit in most tissues were increased in varying degrees, and the SOD from different tissues and serum were appeared in multiband distribution on the electrophoretic pattern. Both SOD₁，and SOD₂ were the common bands in the zymograms for all the sampled tissues.
