摘要/Abstract

摘要： 鼠诺沃克病毒-1（MNV-1）是一个新认知的鼠病原体，可引起固有免疫系统应答组分缺陷鼠的致死性感染，是目前唯一一个能够在细胞以及小动物体中复制的诺沃克病毒.通过病毒分离、免疫组化、RT-PCR技术，均可检测鼠诺沃克病毒-1.

Abstract: Murine Norovirus l(MNV-l) is a newly recognized pathogen of mice that causes lethal infection in mice deficient in components of the innate immune response. Moreover, the murine virus 1 is the only norovirus that can replicate in cell culture and in a small animal. Murine norovirus 1 is detected by virus isolation, immunohistochemistry method and RT-PCR technique.
