Develpment of Animal Models for Prostatitis

摘要: 前列腺炎动物模型有两大类即细菌性和非细菌性.前者主要用大肠杆菌注入实验动物前列腺器官中制得;后者主要用化学制剂或生物制剂诱导而成.其中,生物制剂诱导的前列腺炎动物模型具有较高的特异性,是较为理想的模型,它的造模方法主要有雌激素诱导法和大鼠前列腺蛋白结合免疫佐剂法两种.这些模型为前列腺炎相关的探索性研究和开发应用性研究打下了必不可少的坚实基础.

Abstract: There are mainly two kinds model of prostatitis: bacterial and nonbacterial prostatitis. E.coli as the primary etiologic agent causes acute and chronic bacterial prostatitis. Nonbacterial prostatitis is often induced by chemical agents or biological angents. Compared with chemic-induced model, the biologies-induced prostatitis has more specific, which is an ideal prostatitis model. The concrete methods include estradiol-indued and male accessory gland(MAG) extracts in complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA)-induced prostatitis. These models can provide methods and evidences for basic and clinical research.
