摘要： 目的 探讨冠心宁片对犬心肌耗氧量的影响.方法 将实验犬随机分为空白对照组（control）、冠心宁片高剂量组（QXNTH）、冠心宁片中剂量组（QXNTM）、冠心宁片低剂量组（QXNTL）及阳性对照组（QXNI），经口服及麻醉状态下十二直肠给药后，测定犬的心肌耗氧量.结果 与空白对照组比较，给予不同剂量的冠心宁片后，高、中剂量的冠心宁片组能显著下降心肌耗氧量（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）.结论 冠心宁片可通过降低心肌耗氧量，改善心肌氧的供需关系.
Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Guanxinning tablet on myocardial oxygen consumption in dogs. Methods Beagle dogs were divided randomly into control, Guanxinning tablet high dosage (GXNTH), media dosage (GXNTM), low dosage (GXNTL) and Guanxinning injection groups. Myocardial oxygen consumption was determined. Result Compared to the control group ,the myocardial oxygen consumption of GXNTH and GXNTM were reduced significantly (P＜0.05，P＜0.01). Conclusion Guanxinning tablet can reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption and ameliorate the supply-demand relationship of myocardial oxygen.
