摘要: 脑缺血耐受的实验研究发现,诱导HSPs的表达增加可能是内源性脑保护机制之一.HSP家族包括HSP90、HSP70、HSP60、HSP32、HSP27及泛素家族等.本文就这几种蛋白在沙鼠脑缺血中的研究进展作一综述.

Abstract: Various studies have demonstrated an increase in heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) synthesis in the ischemic brain, suggesting a protective role for HSPs against ischemic insult. The HSPs family includes HSP90, HSP70, HSP60, HSP32, HSP27 and ubiquitin. Research progress on theses proteins in ischemic gerbil brain will be reviewed in this article.
