大黄多糖对糖尿病小鼠血清脂质等几项指标的作用

Effect of Rhubarb Polysaccharide on Some Serum Lipid in Diabetic Mice Induced by Alloxcan

摘要: 为了研究大黄多糖对糖尿病小鼠的血清脂质等几项指标的作用。测定了四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠的血清脂质(TG、TC、LDL、HDL)、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及胰腺组织中的多胺。结果表明,大黄多糖具有降低血清中TG、TC、LDL水平和升高血清中HDL水平和超氧化物歧化酶的活性,其次大黄多糖还具有降低胰腺组织中多胺水平。结果提示,大黄多糖具有改善血脂状况等功能。

Abstract: In order to study the Rhubarb polysaccharide (RP) and its effect on some serum lipid in diabetic mice induced by alloxcan. Serum TG、TC、LDL、HDL、SOD and polyamine in pancreas tissue were detected.The results showed that the levels of TG,TC and LDL and also the polyamine content in pancreas tissue were decreased, whereas the concentration of HDL and activity of superoxide dismutatase increased in RP treated mice. The results suggested that the Rhubarb polysaccharide could improve the situation of serum lipid in diabetic mice induced by alloxcan.
