摘要: 为研究被动吸烟对大鼠的遗传毒性效应,制作了被动吸烟实验动物模型,并进行了大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子形态学检查。结果表明,被动吸烟组大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形率均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。表明被动吸烟对大鼠有明显的遗传毒性作用。

Abstract: To explore the genotoxicity effects of passive smoking on Wistar rats,micronuclear test in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of bone marrow and sperm morphological test on Wistar rats were performed. The sperm malformation rate and the micronuclear rate in passive smoking groups were significantly higher than those in negative controls(P<0.05). The results suggested that the passive smoking not only affects the body cell but also reproductive cells of Wistar rats.
